Centrum Air doubles flight destinations to Kazakhstan
Current operations to Almaty and Aktau are now bolstered by new services to Astana and Uralsk
In this year’s summer schedule, the Uzbek private carrier Centrum Air has doubled the number of its flight destinations to neighboring Kazakhstan. New routes from Tashkent to Astana and Uralsk have been added to the airline’s existing services to Almaty, the country’s largest city, and Aktau, a resort on the Caspian Sea.
Flights to Uralsk have been operating once a week since March 24, while service to the Kazakh capital, Astana, began on March 29 with a frequency of three flights per week. The airline utilizes Airbus A320 family narrowbody aircraft on these routes.
Beyond Kazakhstan, Centrum Air has expanded its summer schedule with several other new destinations: Frankfurt (Germany), Osh (Kyrgyzstan), Lahore (Pakistan), as well as Krasnoyarsk, Omsk, Samara, and Sochi (all in Russia).
