Centrum Holding, the parent company of Uzbekistan’s largest private airline, My Freighter, plans to raise US$600 million through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). This was announced by John Tonelli, Managing Director at Oppenheimer & Co Inc, during a meeting between Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and U.S. business leaders in Washington, D.C. Oppenheimer, alongside Citibank, will serve as underwriters for the offering.

Centrum Holding is a logistics conglomerate that, in addition to My Freighter, includes a road freight transport business. My Freighter was launched by the holding’s founder and CEO Abdulaziz Aburakhmanov in 2020, received its first aircraft in 2022 and has since grown into the leading cargo airline in Uzbekistan.

The group also operates passenger services under the Centrum Air brand. In 2025, the airline carried 1.6 million passengers, becoming the country’s second-largest carrier after the government-owned Uzbekistan Airways.

“We plan to value the company [Centrum Holding] at US$2 billion. This would make it one of the most valuable companies in Central Asia,” Tonelli stated during the meeting with President Mirziyoyev, which was broadcast by the Uzbekistan 24 TV channel.
