Uzbekistan’s Centrum Air is set to implement the Optifly IT platform to further enhance its operational planning processes. As part of this rollout, the airline plans to utilize several efficiency-boosting solutions: OptiSched for day-to-day schedule management, OptiSlots for airport slot management, and the AI-driven OptiAI tool for optimized decision-making.

“As we continue to develop our operations, it is important for us to adopt modern solutions that can support our growth and evolving requirements. We were looking for technology that combines usability, flexibility and intelligent capabilities. Optifly’s platform aligns well with these objectives and will support further development of our operational planning processes,”

noted Abdulaziz Abdurakhmanov, CEO of Centrum Air.

Privately-owned Centrum Air launched passenger operations in March 2023 and already operates a fleet of 15 narrowbody and widebody Airbus aircraft. In 2025, the airline carried 1.6 million passengers, becoming the country’s second-largest carrier after the state-owned Uzbekistan Airways.

Optifly technology is currently utilized by Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline, as well as carriers such as Eurowings, Transavia, and Vietjet.
