FlyOne Asia launches flights to Russia

The Uzbek startup carrier FlyOne Asia has launched scheduled flights from Tashkent to Russia. The inaugural flight arrived at Moscow’s Vnukovo Airport on April 9, followed by the carrier’s first service to Yekaterinburg the next day.

These launches mark the first phase in the development of FlyOne Asia’s scheduled route network. Previously, the airline specialized in charter operations for religious tourism to Saudi Arabia.

In line with other Uzbek carriers, Russia is set to become FlyOne Asia’s primary international market. For the current summer season, the airline’s booking system also includes flights to Kazan, Mineralnye Vody, and Novosibirsk. Furthermore, the carrier plans to launch services to Riga, Latvia, and Tel Aviv, Israel.

FlyOne Asia was established through the restructuring of the Uzbek startup Asia Union Airlines. As of 2025, the carrier has been integrated into the FlyOne Group, joining a regional portfolio that includes the Moldovan parent company and FlyOne Armenia.
