A new aviation refueling complex developed by Asman Oil Company (formerly INTEK) has been officially commissioned at Kyrgyzstan’s primary gateway, Manas International Airport in Bishkek. The operator is a wholly owned subsidiary of the state holding company, Airports of Kyrgyzstan, which manages the Central Asian republic’s entire airport network.

The strategic infrastructure project broke ground in 2022. Construction and technological outfitting were fully self-funded by the operator. The complex has successfully completed all testing and commissioning phases and is now fully operational.

The new facility features a total tank farm capacity of 8,000 cubic meters, designed to accelerate inventory turnover and secure a guaranteed, uninterrupted strategic buffer stock. According to company management, the operational capacity of the new complex is sufficient to fully meet jet fuel demand across all active airports in the Kyrgyzstan.

Asman Oil Company remains the anchor operator in the domestic aviation fuel market. Between 2022 and 2025, the company demonstrated economic efficiency, with its annual net profit more than doubling from 518 million to 1.205 billion Kyrgyz soms.

This expansion of working capital will enable the operator to advance its regional growth strategy. As part of a broader master plan to modernize the republic’s air transport sector, Asman Oil plans to construct modern refueling complexes at Karakol and Jalal-Abad airports.

Asman Oil Company manages the full technological cycle of aviation fuel logistics, including the receipt, storage, blending, and into-plane delivery of jet kerosene (primarily TS-1 and RT grades) and specialized aviation fluids. The company operates its own certified laboratory network to ensure quality control and to safeguard the physical and chemical properties of petroleum products throughout the supply chain.

The enterprise has operated in the civil aviation market since 2003, undergoing a corporate rebranding from INTEK to its current name in 2023.
