Air Astana to deploy AI for ground operations optimization
Kazakh airline selected the easie platform by the Dutch company ICRON
Kazakhstan’s flag carrier, Air Astana, is set to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize its ground operations. To achieve this, the airline has selected the easie platform by the Dutch company ICRON.
The easie solution integrates personnel and ground equipment planning into a single, intelligent decision-support system. By combining real-time data with predictive algorithms and scenario-based optimization, the platform will enable Air Astana to create optimized shift plans, coordinate operations more efficiently across multiple stations, and maintain real-time visibility for faster responses to changes throughout the operational day.
“As our network grows and passenger expectations rise, enhancing the intelligence and resilience of our ground operations is essential. easie’s AI-powered platform will enable us to plan smarter, react faster, and support our teams with the real-time tools they need to deliver a consistently excellent operation,” said Filippos Siakkas, Chief Operating Officer of Air Astana.
