Georgia’s Geosky Airlines sends its Boeing 767-300 to Tashkent for maintenance

Uzbekistan Airways Technics provided services for the Georgian air freight specialist

Uzbekistan Airways Technics (UAT) completed the maintenance of a Boeing 767-300 cargo aircraft belonging to the Georgian airline Geosky. The aircraft, registered as 4L-GED, arrived at the UAT base at Tashkent Airport on December 18, the Uzbek provider reported.

Geosky has been operating this aircraft since August of this year. In total, its fleet includes three Boeing 767-300 freighters.

On December 24, the 4L-GED aircraft already departed from the Uzbek capital for Hong Kong, and from there to Delhi, according to tracking service data.

All maintenance activities were completed in full compliance with the approved scope of work, within the established timeframe, and in accordance with the required quality standards, UAT noted.

Since 1999, the company has been authorized to perform base maintenance for the Boeing 767 up to the C-Check level. Seven aircraft of this type are in the fleet of the parent company, Uzbekistan Airways.
